Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because gift cards are digital goods that are verified instantly, our refund rules are strict but fair. Please read carefully before trading.

1. The Golden Rule

Once we verify your card code as valid, the trade is final. We cannot reverse it because we immediately resell the code to our partners. This is standard for all gift card exchanges in Nigeria.

If we mark your card as "already used":

  1. We send you video proof of the error code from the official balance checker
  2. You have 24 hours to provide purchase receipt + video of you scratching the card
  3. Our team reviews within 12 hours
  4. If proven unused, we pay full amount + ₦1,000 apology bonus
No receipt + no video = no refund. This prevents fraud and keeps rates high for honest users.

Don't open a "refund" — open a support ticket:

7. Chargebacks Are Fraud

Initiating a bank chargeback after receiving payment is theft under Nigerian law. We will provide all evidence (IP, device, card images) to your bank, EFCC, and blacklist you permanently.
